These Terms and Conditions govern the ‘Game Of Skill and “Prize” (“WIN ONE OF NINE ‘SUMMER’ PRIZE PACKS.” Brought to you by EatWell and WellBeing Magazine.) 

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.

Eligibility to Enter

  • Entry is only open to all Australian residents who are 18 years of age at the time of winning or over.
  • Entry is open to all Australian residents who enter online via the website www.eatwellmag.com.au/win/ during the promotional period and fill out all required detail fields on the Entry Form.

By entering this competition, applicants agree for their details to be added to the Win Promotion as including. 

Please note: this information will be shared with all third parties listed in WINNER Prize Giveaway as well as Universal Media Co, and applicants agree to receive marketing communications from these parties.

Promotional Period

The promotion is valid from 13TH November 2025 12:01am AEST – 16th February 2026 11:59pm AEST only.

How to Enter:

  • Entrants will enter via the form on the website at www.eatwellmag.com.au/win/ (www.eatwellsummergiveaway.com.au) during the set promotion period.
  • The entry form will have the customer’s full name, state, email address and phone number.
  • Entrants must answer the question: Tell us in 25 words or less, “What’s your recipe for a sensational summer”

Winner(s) & Publication Major Prize Giveaway

  • There are 9 total prize packs, consisting of three (3) main prize packs and 6 runner up prizes. These are outlined below as part of the ‘Winner(s) & Publication Major Prize Giveaway’ Section of these Terms & Conditions.
  • There are three (3) main winners.  Each prize pack comprises of the following and is to the value of $1,525.73.

Major Prize includes :

  • Heritage Brands Her Wellness Pack (RRP $239.93)
  • GreenPan Frost Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Maker (RRP $599.00)
  • ‘Lindt LINDOR Gift Set’ (RRP $124.00)
  • Natio Adored Gift Set (RRP $49.95)
  • Edenvale Mixed Pack of Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wines (RRP $63.00)
  • HAG Classic Tablet Set, Japanese Inspired Bowl Set and Japonism Mixed Bowl Giftset by Tokyo Design Studios (RRP $449.85)

There are also 11 runner up prizes.  Total Value $2,525.73.

•        This will consist of one Heritage Brands Her Wellness Pack to the value of 239.93, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

•        This will consist of one GreenPan Frost Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Maker to the value of 599, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

•        This will consist of one ‘Lindt LINDOR Gift Set’ to the value of 124, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

•        This will consist of one Natio Adored Gift Set to the value of 49.95, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

•        This will consist of one Edenvale Mixed Pack of Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wines to the value of 63, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

•        This will consist of one HAG Classic Tablet Set, Japanese Inspired Bowl Set and Japonism Mixed Bowl Giftset by Tokyo Design Studios to the value of 449.85, plus one copy of Eat Well Magazine to the value of $12.95)

All winners (including Runners ups) will be chosen from all entries received, in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out for “How to enter”. The entries will be judged at Universal Media Co Pty Ltd, Suite Unit 5, 6-8 Byfield St,North Ryde, NSW 2113.  The final winners will be decided on 23rd February 2026 at 10.00 am AEST.

  • The winner and runner ups will be contacted by UMCO, via phone / email within 2 business days of the prize draw. The winners’ names will also be made live on the EatWell Magazine’s Facebook pages on 25th February 2026.
  • All Major Prizes must be claimed within a 1-month period of the winners being announced.
  • The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize supplied by Eat Well of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
  • An unclaimed Prize judging, for the major prize packs and runner prizes will occur 1 month after the initial draw on the 23rd March at 10:00am at the same location as the original draw. The winner will be contacted via phone / email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner will be published on EatWell Magazine’s Facebook Page on the 25th March 2026.
