For more information visit – tilda.com/en-au Horchata (or-chaa-tu or haw-cha-tuh) Ingredients: Serves 4 1¼ cups Tilda Pure Original Basmati Rice½ cup sliced almonds2 cinnamon sticks4 cups cold water100g panela sugar1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups whole milk Method: In a high-speed blender, add Tilda Pure Original Basmati Rice, almond and cinnamon sticks. Blitz for 30-60 secs on high until mixture is a fine crumb, stopping occasionally to shake the blender if mixture sticks to the bottom.Pour in the sugar, vanilla and 2 cups water and blitz for 30 secs.Pour in remaining 2 cups water and milk. Otherwise, pour into a large container with the water and milk.Cover and refrigerate for 8–12 hours.Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.Serve with ice and garnish each serving with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks.
