Emma Dean’s Dreamy Creamy Affogato

A freshly brewed coffee poured over Pana Organic’s Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert is a dream come true and the perfect way to celebrate all things vegan and guilt-free. If you’ve never mixed coffee and Pana Organic Frozen Dessert before, you need to add this Affogato recipe to the top of your dessert list. It’s the perfect pick-me-up to pair with breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pana Organic Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert (alternatively, you could use Pana Organic’s Salted Caramel Frozen Dessert)
  • Fresh-brewed coffee (filtered or espresso)
  • Pana Organic Tasman Sea Salt Mylk Chocolate, grated
  • Pana Organic Hot Chocolate

Method

  1. Brew coffee.
  2. Select a low tumbler glass and add the Pana Organic Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert.
  3. Sprinkle over grated Pana Organic Tasman Sea Salt Mylk Chocolate.
  4. Dust lightly with Pana Organic Hot Chocolate.
  5. Serve with a gluten-free biscotti (optional).
